Near Completion

This extensive Passive House transformation retained one original wall while the remainder of the residence was reconstructed and expanded. The project added a new upper level and a dedicated piano performance and media room, creating a highly personalized home shaped around the clients’ lifestyle, comfort, and long-term needs.

Soulier Design Studio contributed interior planning, material and finish specification, custom millwork, lighting, furnishings, and ongoing design coordination throughout the residence, working collaboratively with the architect, builder, trades, fabricators, and suppliers.

A complete case study and professional photography will be added following project completion.
